Une Poire Pour la Soif

We're happy to end the year with another cool collab, this time with our friends from Stem Bar, a well established, super fun wine bar in the the heart of Little Burgundy, Montreal. 

We wanted to create a cocktail that was inspired by white wine. A way to really represent our two brands. We decided on something fruity but complex. Pear is the main ingredient and is supported by fresh citrus, herbaceous notes from the eucalyptus and delicate tannins from the oolong tea. Serve in a wine glass for the perfect pour.
