Our Spice Blend

The Aperitivo is the first soda we made. And honestly the most complex of them all. We tried and tested and tested again dozens of different combinations of spices and roots. The results went from pretty okay to pretty bad. Too bitter, too vegetal, too dry. We asked our industry friends for their feedback and got the best advice from Isabelle at Cirka Distillery. She recommended we roast the dandelion roots. As soon as we started our roaster, the smell of dark chocolate went around the room. It made so much sense, with oranges and raspberries, the mix was perfect. That is what tied all our ingredients together to create our balanced, delicious aperitivo soda!

One Soda, Two Ways

Whisky and Aperitivo Highball

In a glass filled with ice, add 1.5oz of your favorite spirit, with or without alcohol and top with 3-4oz of Fin Soda.

Give it a quick stir and enjoy!

Fin Soda Jungle Bird

1.5oz Dark Rum

1oz Pineapple juice

.75oz lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled. Strain over ice in your favorite glassware.

Top with 1.5 oz of Fin Soda Aperitivo.

Yes! Guaranteed 100% non alcoholic. All of our flavors are obtained by maceration only. 

No fermentation = No booze!

Do you add sugar?

We believe in a balance of taste and flavors. Sour, Bitter, Spicy and yes Sweet. A small amount of organic cane sugar is added to our products.
