COCKTAILS RECIPES
Here are a few ideas of how to use Fin Soda in cocktails with or without alcohol.
Fin Soda is great alone, is great as a mixer but also fun to use in more elaborated cocktails!

White Widow Waterfall
1oz Vodka
0,5oz Orange liqueur
0.5 Lillet (or fortified white wine)
0.75 oz lemon juice
0.5 Simple syrup
Pinch of Salt
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled. Strain over ice in a big coupe. Top with Fin Soda Lemon Verbena.
FIN SODA PENICILLIN
1.5oz Blended Scotch
0.5oz Islay Scotch
0.5oz Lime Juice
.75oz Honey Syrup
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled. Strain over ice in a rocks glass. Top with 1oz Fin Soda Mule
Fin Soda Jungle Bird
1.5 oz Dark Rhum
1oz Pineapple juice
0.5 Lime Juice
Top Aperitivo Soda
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled. Strain over ice in a Collins glass. Top with 1.5oz of Fin Soda Aperitivo.
HONEY BERRY DAISY
1.5oz Gin
1oz Grapefruit Juice
0.5oz Lemon Juice
0.25oz Maple Syrup
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled. Strain in a chilled coupe. Top with 2oz of Fin Soda Haskap
