Disco de Verano pays homage to the Spanish Tinto de Verano, a cocktail blending red wine and lemon-lime soda. For our alcohol-free version, we deconstructed the aromas of Spanish red wines and recreated them with around ten carefully macerated ingredients. The result is a sparkling and vibrant cocktail with notes of ripe red fruits, citrus, and spices, complemented by delicate tannins. Perfect for aperitifs or relaxing moments, it can be enjoyed year-round by lovers of complex, refreshing flavors.
