EXPERIMENT WITH YOUR SIPS — WITH OR WITHOUT ALCOHOL
Fin Soda Penicillin
1.5oz Blended Scotch Whisky
0.5 oz Islay Scotch
.5oz Lemon Juice
.75oz Honey Syrup
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled. Strain over ice in a rocks glass.
Top with 1oz Fin Soda Mule.
White Lady Waterfall
1oz Vodka
0.5oz Cointreau
0.5oz Lillet (or white fortified wine)
0.75oz Lemon juice
0.5oz Simple
Pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled. Strain over ice in a Collins glass.
Top with 2oz Fin Soda Lemon Verbena
Honey Berry Daisy
1.5oz Gin
0.25oz maple syrup
0.5oz Lemon juice
1oz grapefruit juice
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled. Strain over ice in your favorite glassware.
Top with 3oz Fin Soda Haskap berry.
Fin Soda Jungle Bird
1.5oz Dark Rum
1oz Pineapple juice
.75oz lime juice
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled. Strain over ice in your favorite glassware.
Top with 1.5 oz of Fin Soda Aperitivo
